Dr. Jennifer Allaire Ayars, a board-certified family medicine physician, completed her residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine Residency (SCFM) in Pueblo, CO. Dr. Ayars earned her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College. Her accolades include SCFM Public Health Award, and PCOM and Pepperdine University scholarships. She has presented research on quality improvement and enhancing interest in primary care at national conferences and is affiliated with the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and Comal County Medical Society. Dr. Ayars practiced family medicine at Kelly Family Clinic and Baylor Scott & White in Texas. She also served as a locum tenens physician at multiple VA Medical Centers in Texas and Idaho, and at Peter Christensen Health Center, a Native American Tribal healthcare facility in Lac Du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, outdoors activities, and spending quality time with family and friends.
