William Toback, D.O., is board certified in family practice through the American Osteopathic Board of General Practice. At Conviva Care Center Congress, he leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused health care professionals with a dedication to medical excellence. Dr. Toback completed a residency in family practice at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Saddlebrook, New Jersey, and a rotating internship at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Stratford, New Jersey. Dr. Toback earned his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. As an undergraduate, he pursued human anatomy studies, one year, at Columbia University in New York, NY, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.Dr. Toback is affiliated with JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida, with courtesy privileges. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, AOA. Dr. Toback has served as a General Medical Officer in the United States Air Force and was honored with the United States Air Force Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service in 1987. He enjoys all major sports.
