    Get started as a new patient

    As a new patient, you can set up your online account on a desktop computer through our web portal and/or on your smartphone or tablet by downloading the healow® app.

    Messages in the patient portal and healow® app will be monitored only during office hours. After-hours phone calls will be directed to an on-call provider if clinically urgent.

    In-person Care

     

    If you need to schedule an in-person appointment, please reach out to our care team at 561-816-2651, ext. 1.  They’ll help you determine the best care option depending on your needs, virtual, in-home or in-center.  They will work with local schedulers to prioritize your appointment, so that you can be seen quickly.
