It is very difficult to reach the office when you have a question or returning a call. The call center asks so many even after you explain your situation and was once denied being put through to the office. Very poor customer service.

Was released from the hospital I was told I had anxiety was given a nurse practitioner. My doctor was unable to take me was unable to subscribe me anything for my anxiety, and the doctor gave me five pills.
