I am very pleased with the care that I'm getting from Dr. Morales. I'm also very pleased with how everything is handled from the front desk up to that point as well. I am accustomed to fair treatment and I really appreciate how well everyone is interested in my health care.

This was the first time I had tried walk-in services at Conviva on San Pedro. The person who greeted me at first told me that she didn't think they had any openings. But that she would contact someone else and see. I would've preferred if she would've said, let me check for you if we have any openings or something like that I almost turned around and left at that point. I'm glad I stayed because once I was taken back for medical care, Dr. Morales was attentive and definitely heard my concerns about my upper respiratory infection that have been going on for over a week. I felt like she was very thorough and I left feeling better because I knew I didn't have Covid or the flu. She also sent me for a chest x-ray which I really appreciated, to rule out pneumonia. Thank you for excellent services. I know that your clinic gets really busy so I appreciate being seen.
