The wait is a little long, but everything else is great.

I want them to give me a referral quickly whenever I need to see a doctor or for anything else outside of Conviva, because they're not giving it to me. The referral system is my problem; I have to talk to someone, I have to... And that's why I don't go unless I'm feeling really bad, because I need to be treated like I used to be. But at the clinic, they treat me very well, they really care about me. I have no complaints about the clinic itself, only about the referral system now, so I can see the doctor for my foot pain and things like that. That's the only issue.
