It is very difficult to schedule an appointment. When I have called, I never spoke to someone directly in the office. For my first visit I had to have Aetna intervene on my behalf because it was taking too long for anyone to get back to me. Even then, the Aetna representative told me that someone from the office would be getting back to me. That never happened, even though the Aetna representative indicated to you that I was sick. Three days later, I called again. None of this is acceptable. Today I received a phone call from your office. A message was left on my voice mail to call the office. I did. Again, I did not get the office directly but a "middle man" who placed me on hold many times before I finally got to speak to someone in the office. This system leaves a great deal to be desired.
