Thank you. Well, I think the care is excellent, and the doctor is excellent, but I think one is left with a lot of misinformation. I think all the information or things the doctor tells you should also be given to you in writing, so you're aware of everything. Because sometimes we forget the things they're recommending. So I think that in my case, they should give us everything in writing, everything that was discussed with the doctor and what he recommended. But he's an excellent doctor, and the same goes for me; he's going to study.

Well, thank you very much. My wife and I are also patients of Dr. Díaz. He is an excellent professional, a very patient person, and he attends to all our needs as patients. We are very grateful that he comes to Conviva to schedule appointments and everything else. However, the Referral Department leaves much to be desired. That's why I gave him a 9, because everything else is truly excellent. Thank you very much.
