Dr. Evan was a joy he treated with kindness and patience he explained everything very clearly the staff was just as kind helpful and very courteous

I received excellent care; the doctor was amazing, he knew what he was doing, and the young woman who assisted me was great too. The only issue I've noticed is that when you call to schedule an appointment, they saw me that day for an emergency and gave me an appointment. But when it's not an emergency, and you need to go for routine tests, there are no appointments available, or they give you appointments very far away. That doesn't seem right to me. This didn't happen to me last year, but it is this year. You call to schedule appointments, and there are no appointments available. So something is clearly wrong. And a friend who lives near Sarasota, who also uses Viva, tells me she's experiencing the same thing. It's frustrating because you need to get your tests done, and they're taking forever to schedule your appointments. That day, the doctor treated me very well, but I'm talking about the appointments you need to see your doctor for routine tests.
