The dr and staff are wonderful. Your call center is infuriating. Ive spent a full 45 minutes twice talking to very kind but UNHELPFUL people on the phone. They ask the same questions over and over; repeatedly and do not seem to understand what i need. I spent 5 days with a urinary infection that should have been treated The doctor gave me my antibiotic finally, but it was very delayed because the message was never given to the doctors!! Change your procedure with your call center! Additionally, the person from the call center on the phone finally said to just come in as a walk-in the same day. I did that; saw a doctor and got the prescription for an antibiotic. Subsequently later that day and everyday afterwards, i got messages saying "You missed the appointment at conviva!!! This is so frustrating dealing with this level of incompetence !! I don't know if I can stay at conviva!
