I like the doctor very much as far as the office staff Some are not caring at all. Others do I also have been hung up on important issues are ignored. I understand it's busy and keep that in mind all the time. I will never call to waste anyone's time. Only call for very important issues to my health and well-being. And feel some office people do not have the caring or the knowledge needed To understand certain issues and the seriousness to my well being confirmation as to issues such as if a lab order.had been sent out or if the doctor got a message, that is pertinent. as to my condition it leaves the patient hanging it seems some of the office staff does not have. The right demeanor for the job. That is so important these days. That is crucial. In this line of work As I am always polite and professional to the staff. Thank you for the time to listen.to my comments and concerns
