Conviva's referral service is quite problematic when it comes to getting referrals to see specialists. Another issue is that you can't contact the front desk or the doctor directly to leave a message. You have to go through the call center. And most people who go to a clinic want more personalized attention and to be able to quickly address any problems with the doctor or the front desk staff who know you. That's not possible. Despite all the problems we've had, the clinic itself is very good, the doctors are excellent, and the nurse is too. But unfortunately, this issue I mentioned, not being able to contact the clinic directly and having to go through the process, is a major drawback.

My experience with Dr DeFas is good. The referral system is not efficient and is very frustrating.
