I very much like Dr. Coleman and his staff. Very thorough, friendly and polite.

My Doctor Coleman and his office crew are amazing with no issues however my issues is with conviva s customer service and phone services who doesn't send the referral to whoever we need to go. Also the phone waiting service is beyond real that can take up to an hour on the phone waiting. Most of the personal service on the phone don't know what to do or how to procee it or brushing me off all together for their lack of operating their job or the system. They needs training. That not only a problem that I have but others patience of mine as well.ur survey is not asking the right questions instead of asking more about the doctor who is fein . Check on instead ur horrible service. I was turned down 3 times at my cardiologist cz they didn't send the referral cz they send it to wrong doctor and when I called trying to reach them I was on line for an a hour
