It's very difficult to get a hold of anybody there on the phone on calls. I wanted to cancel an appointment because I had moved the appointment up to an earlier date and had a very difficult time. I tried using your AI program and that doesn't work at all. Your communications for your company are very poor. When you finally do get a hold of somebody, it's usually an answering service and they leave messages at your front desk and the messages are not complete or they're not thorough enough that they're understood. The people at the front desk then have to call you back to find out exactly what you want. So you need to improve your communications. Thank you.
