Dr. Rene Guerra is very attentive and an excellent professional.

Dr. Guerra is very professional and he's an excellent doctor. However, the personnel over there is really bad. Their communication is just horrible. When they call from the clinic, they don't leave a message saying the name of the person and they canceled my appointment before for no reason and I almost lost my appointment. The communication in cold center is the worst in any experience of my life. The cold center, they don't know nothing. And in the clinic, and the clinic, they don't know nothing either when it comes to cold center. There is no communication with both parts, which it should be. That's my opinion, and I'm very unhappy because of that. However, Dr. Guerra is a good doctor and excellent doctor.
