They need to improve transportation and make the referral department a bit more specific; that's the only thing they're falling short on. Sometimes referrals arrive, sometimes they arrive late, and you miss your medical appointment. Perhaps they could offer these older patients snacks from a company, like muffins or something similar, because sometimes they spend all day there. Otherwise, everything is perfect. The staff is fantastic.

She was treated very well, the whole process went very smoothly. It was just a little delayed, but that wasn't anyone's fault. And everything turned out great. I'm always very grateful to the clinic for everything they do for us.
