You can most improve by getting a person in whenever they need to be got in. That's the only problem that I have is with your whatever appointment and schedulers or whatever, like the doctor said. I had to get in within a week and it was a big to-do to get in within a week. So anyway, that's the least. I love the doctors. I love the people are nice and everything in the facility that I go to in Middleburg. But I'm just saying you need to do something about the scheduling part. Thank you.

I am sad to learn of Dr. Chereddy departure from Conviva. I hope to hear more very soon as to who will be my my Doctor.
