I really dislike the fact that when I call to speak to the office, I get some calling service, some answering service, and they will not let me talk directly to the doctor's office. I find that to be very aggravating. I called in about some medicine that I needed refilled. They told me they would text it to the office. I have no idea if that ever got done because the prescription was never filled because the prescription wasn't called in.

First time with this doctor. Was not told that my regular doctor left or why. This doctor did some refills and listened to my breathing. He didn't even give me a time to return. We had to figure that out at the checkout. Also didn't know that he was the only doctor there. Things have definitely changed. I hope they get it together. I have liked going there for the last few years.
