A patient portal is a website that provides direct access to the medical information recorded in your patient chart. Many patient portals support additional features, including the ability to pay bills or message physicians or care teams directly.
Our Patient Portal powered by athenahealth® is a secure tool that allows you to:
View and request appointments
Communicate and message with your doctor and care team
Review referral history and lab results
Request medication refills
Access visit summaries and personal health record
Update your personal information
Connect with your care team from home with a TeleVisit, chat functionality available
Conviva is updating the way we manage medical records online. You will be able to communicate better with your doctors and have all the tools you need in one place. This change shows our commitment to providing you with the best care possible.
Our current patient portal, Healow™, is still operational. The new Conviva Patient Portal, powered by athenahealth®, will begin rolling out at the end of July 2025. This will be a phased approach based on your center location.
You can continue using the existing patient portal until your center transitions over to the new portal powered by athenahealth®. You will need to register for the new portal at that time.
You’ll still be able to view your historical medical records and past visit information through your previous portal. However, you will no longer be able to message your care team from this account. Visit
We prioritize the privacy and security of your health information. Access to personal information is secure through your username and unique password. Two-factor authentication is required when you create your account to verify and secure your profile. Patient email addresses for portal accounts must match those on file in our athenahealth® electronic health record.
