A patient portal is a website that provides direct access to the medical information recorded in your patient chart. Many patient portals support additional features, including the ability to pay bills or message physicians or care teams directly.

We are shifting the PCO’s Electronic Medical Record platform from eCW to athenaOne. The new Conviva Patient Portal is part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible care and services.
Our current patient portal, powered by eClinicalWorks, is still operational. The new Conviva Patient Portal, powered by athenahealth, will begin rolling out in mid-June 2025. This will be a phased approach based on your center location.
You can continue using the existing patient portal until your center transitions over to the new portal powered by athenahealth.
