Alison Hemsley, DO is a dedicated and experienced Internal Medicine Physician with a strong focus on providing patient-centered care. Dr. Hemsley earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Georgia Campus, in May 2019. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Northside Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL, where she gained extensive experience in treating acute and chronic medical conditions in adult and geriatric patients. Dr. Hemsley is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM). She is known for her effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with medical teams. Dr. Hemsley worked as a Hospitalist in Adult Internal Medicine at Premier Hospitalists in Tampa, FL. In this role, she treated a wide range of medical conditions, oversaw patients assigned to mid-level providers, and conducted patient admissions and discharges. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Hemsley is an active member of the Florida Medical Association (FMA) and the American Medical Association (AMA). She enjoys listening to music, traveling, and spending time with family.
