Dr. Coretta Nichelle Murphy is a board-certified internal medicine specialist. Dr. Murphy completed her internal medicine residency at Monmouth Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and a B.S. in Pharmacy from Temple University School of Pharmacy. She served as a preceptor and attending internal medicine physician at Yale New Haven Hospital from 2001-2005. She obtained national certification in Mind-Body Medicine, selected Whole Health Mind-Body Medicine Leadership Champion 2020. Dr. Murphy was a primary care physician with the National Office of Primary Care Monitoring and Oversight. She worked with the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, including as chief medical officer of the Palatka Community Outpatient Clinic, acting deputy chief of staff of the Malcolm Randal VAMC, CMO of The Villages Community Outpatient Clinic, and a telehealth primary care provider for remote and understaffed clinics. Dr. Murphy chose medicine to provide excellent healthcare to those in need. She enjoys reading, music, nature walks, and gathering with loved ones.
