Danielle F. Tighe, M.D., is board-certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine. At Conviva Care Center North Central Boca, she leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care professionals with a commitment to medical excellence. Dr. Tighe completed an internal medicine residency at Florida Atlantic University College of Medicine, Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Bethesda Hospital East, and Delray Medical Center. She earned her medical degree magna cum laude from St. George University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She was awarded membership in the Iota Epsilon Alpha International Honors Medical Society. She obtained a Diploma of Higher Education in Medical Sciences at Northumbria University Global Scholars Program in Newcastle, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, magna cum laude, from Florida International University Honors College. She has delivered physician presentations, talks on quality improvement, and poster presentations at medical conferences, including the Palm Beach County Medical Society Future of Medicine Summit. Dr. Tighe began her career at Sanford Health Bemidji Medical Center, specializing in hospital, post-acute, and long-term care, as well as geriatrics and transitional care. She worked in private practice for one year until joining Conviva in 2022. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, the Palm Beach County Medical Society, and the American Medical Association. A native Floridian practicing and serving in her home community, she believes in individualized medicine and partnering with patients to help them achieve their health goals. She enjoys fitness, travel, and spending time with family, friends, and her two beloved Maltipoo fur babies.
