Galia Reyes Pino, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, joined Conviva Care Center as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Reyes Pino earned her Master's in Nursing Sciences in 2024 and her BSN in 2013 from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. During her master's studies, she worked as a research assistant in the Diabetes Prevention Program at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Educated abroad, Ms. Reyes Pino earned her medical degree in 1991, specializing in family medicine, and served as a primary care physician, assistant director of epidemiology, and family practice professor in Cuba and Venezuela, later working at Vista Hermosa Hospital in Bogota, Colombia. Before joining Conviva in 2022, Ms. Reyes Pino worked as an APRN with Qtrials Medical Center, Golden Gate, El Retiro Medical Center, and Medcare Centrum Centers in Miami, FL. Her dedication to seniors is evident in her commitment to family medicine and emergency care. She believes in patient-centered care, aligning with Conviva's compassionate core values. Ms. Reyes Pino chose a career in healthcare to positively impact lives. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and cherishes time with her family.
