Guylene Kernisant, APRN, FNP, joined Conviva as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. At Conviva, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a dedication to medical excellence. Ms. Kernisant completed an externship with the Veterans Association Medical Center in Miami, Florida. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. Among her achievements, Ms. Kernisant improved the systematic processes of how the inpatient pharmacy at Mount Sinai Hospital delivers the medication to the patients' floor based on their schedule and needs (1992-1993). She is a member of the Miami Vineyard Community Church. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and church activities.
