Jill Coots, NP-C, CDCES, a board-certified nurse practitioner and certified diabetes care and education specialist, earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, in 2014. Ms. Coots' educational journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. Her diverse background includes teaching fourth grade in the Hillsborough County School System and nursing at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center in Tampa, Florida. She transitioned to a nurse practitioner role in 2015 with Access Health Care Physicians. Ms. Coots joined Conviva in 2021. Her specialties encompass diabetes education, primary care, and a commitment to medical excellence. She is a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her passion for providing quality care to older adults resonates perfectly with Conviva's patient-focused approach.
