Mrs. Leigh Ann Peck, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a strong focus on geriatric and palliative care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida and holds ANCC certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. With over three decades of nursing experience, including twelve years in advanced practice, Mrs. Peck has provided care in diverse settings such as primary care clinics, home-based geriatric programs, and palliative care services. She contributed to developing community-based programs aimed at managing advanced disease at home and preventing rehospitalization. Her expertise includes chronic disease management, advanced care planning, and mentoring graduate nursing students. Outside of work, Mrs. Peck enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors.
