Mrs. Micaela Sekula, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from UT Health San Antonio, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stephen F. Austin State University. Mrs. Sekula is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and holds additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC). She has extensive experience in emergency care, having worked as a Registered Nurse in various emergency centers. Mrs. Sekula has a strong background in geriatric care, having completed clinical hours in family practice settings that included geriatrics. Her dedication to patient care is evident in her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Sekula is actively involved in community service and enjoys spending time with family and participating in outdoor activities and fitness.
