Nikki Beales, MBA, MSN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida Southern College, where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. Ms. Beales is an esteemed Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing member. Her academic journey includes an MBA from Webber International University, a BSN from Chamberlain School of Nursing, and an ASN from Polk State College. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Beales was an advanced practice registered nurse with Reliance Medical Centers and Digestive Disease Care for All in Florida. She began her nursing career in the emergency departments of Poinciana Medical Center and Lake Wales Medical Center. With an affinity for older adults, she is committed to empowering patients in their healthcare decisions, in perfect harmony with Conviva's dedication to providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors. Ms. Beales chose healthcare driven by a deep-rooted desire to positively impact people's lives. She believes in equal access to quality healthcare for all.
