I took my mom to a scheduled appointment for 11:20 in the morning and we were seen by the doctor after 1 p.m. in the afternoon with the excuse that there was a new patient scheduled before us. The information provided along the way for additional help that we needed did not coincide with the information that's available at the clinic. It was a horrible experience. Horrible. I can't say enough.

I think it's a good medical center. My mom goes there; I don't know, it's been more than 40 years, and she's always been a patient of Dr. Jorge Rodríguez Méndez, who I think is very good. He's patient, explains everything very well, and examines her thoroughly. I'm very happy with his care, very happy. And my mom is too. Yes, that's all. I like the clinic's service. Everything's fine. Perfect. Thank you.
