William Russell, M.D., is board-certified in internal medicine, 1985, and geriatrics, 1989, and 1999. At Conviva Care Center Delray Beach, he leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused health care professionals with a dedication to medical excellence. Dr. Russell completed both his internship and an internal medicine residency in Johns Hopkins medical institutions. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and he received a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Russell serves as Visiting Faculty of the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He has been honored for Meritorious Service by the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Homes for the Aging, and he provided Congressional testimony to the Senate Select Committee on Aging in April 1996. Dr. Russell enjoys carpentry, golf, and vintage car restoration.
