Mr. Alexis Ayala Sierra, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in emergency, medical-surgical, and community-based care. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University and holds multiple degrees from Palm Beach State College, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Associate in Nursing, both earned with honors. Mr. Ayala Sierra has served in various clinical roles, including as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Baptist Health South Florida and in COVID-19 units at Good Samaritan Medical Center. He also worked extensively as a Certified Medical Assistant and Research Assistant in cardiology and primary care settings. In his current role as a Learning Facilitator at Conviva Care Centers, he designs and delivers training programs to support clinical excellence across the organization. He has held leadership roles as a spokesperson for the Palm Beach State College Medical Assisting program and as a coach and captain of a YMCA adult soccer team. Outside of work, he actively volunteers with Special Olympics Florida and local food banks, reflecting his commitment to community health and service.
