Amanda Curtis, DNP, FNP, a doctorally prepared, board-certified advanced registered nurse practitioner, earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, and BSN from South University. Ms. Curtis obtained her ADS RN from Indian River State College. Her distinctions include the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing induction, and she completed Maxwell AFB R Officer Training School, serving as a Captain in the United States Air Force (R) with a seven-year tenure as a trauma nurse in the 927th ASTS at MacDill Air Force Base, teaching and guiding nurse practitioner students to meet the educational requirements for unit deployment. Before joining Conviva in 2022, she practiced internal medicine with Gateway Medical, treating an underserved rural community, worked in the ER of Jupiter Medical Center, and was a PCU and telemetry floor charge nurse with Martin Memorial South and Martin Memorial North Hospitals. She is a member of the AANP, National Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County, and Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization. In her free time, she enjoys bicycling and running.
