Ms. Arania Oceanis Adolphson, MD, is a family medicine physician specializing in adult and senior care. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and completed a Family Medicine Residency through the University of Washington Network, followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. She provided comprehensive primary care across outpatient clinics, home care, palliative care, transitional care, urgent care, and sports medicine settings, caring for diverse populations including seniors, veterans, athletes, and medically complex patients. She also held leadership and teaching roles, serving as a clinic preceptor, chief resident, learning coordinator, and mentor for pre medical students. Her philosophy of care is rooted in helping patients make healthier choices and supporting their long term well being. Outside of medicine, she enjoys fitness, swimming, hiking, and scuba diving.
