Dr. Carlos Alberto Adams, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña and completed his residency at Bella Vista Hospital in Puerto Rico, where he provided comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Dr. Adams has extensive experience in outpatient and inpatient medicine, emergency care, neurosurgery, and physical rehabilitation. His clinical expertise includes acute and chronic disease management, minor procedures, diagnostic evaluations, and interdisciplinary coordination. He has received multiple awards for academic excellence and clinical performance, including Resident of the Year and Highest ITE Score honors. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Adams is passionate about medical education, community outreach, and promoting holistic wellness. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors.
