Carlos Alberto Conrado, MD, is an Internal Medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience caring for adult and geriatric patients. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic. Throughout his career, Dr. Conrado provided comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management and preventive medicine services in outpatient, inpatient and nursing home settings. He served patients through roles with Clinical Care, Miami Beach Medical Group, Juan A. Valladares, MD, PA and CAC Medical Group and he founded, owned and led a private internal medicine practice for more than a decade. His extensive experience includes managing complex chronic conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care and promoting patient education to improve health outcomes. Dr. Conrado believes listening to patients is essential to improving their health and quality of life and is especially passionate about diabetes care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys going to the movies and spending time outdoors.
