Carmen Sarabia, FNP-C, has joined the Conviva Care Center- Ayers as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas, in 1999 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2008. Ms. Sarabia received her Master of Science in Nursing from the same institution in 2014. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Sarabia worked as an NP in family practice/internal medicine with Robert Vela, M.D., in Corpus Christi, Texas. She previously worked as a staff registered nurse at Christus Spohn Hospital-South and Driscoll Children's Hospital, both located in Corpus Christi, Texas. Ms. Sarabia has always been passionate about working with older adults and values the opportunity to enhance their health and quality of life. Her philosophy of care aligns with the heartfelt principles that guide every interaction at Conviva. She treats her patients with the same attention and commitment she would invest in her loved ones. In addition to her professional pursuits, she enjoys watching sports, listening to music, and making new memories with family and friends.
