I think they should improve by paying more attention to me when I have doctor referrals and also verifying that the doctor they're sending me to the clinic, or whoever it is, is the doctor who accepts my insurance, K-Pro. I don't want to call later and find out they won't accept it. I'd like to know that I have the appointment and that I'm doing well. I'd also like the insurance company to be more attentive to my illness and the care I need; they don't seem to be paying attention. They should also be proactive in calling me regarding support services.
