Chelsea Jackson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in healthcare since 2015. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mrs. Jackson has held progressive roles at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, including Assistant Nurse Manager and Shared Governance co-chair, leading initiatives to improve care coordination for patients. Known for her leadership, teaching, and commitment to quality improvement, Ms. Jackson also brings compassion and clinical excellence to every patient interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
