Dr. Christy L. Baggett, D.O., is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with extensive experience in primary care and a strong commitment to patient-centered health. She earned her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University and completed her Family Medicine residency at Mayo Clinic Florida. Dr. Baggett has provided care in diverse settings, including geriatric-focused practices, women's health, and telemedicine, and has served as an attending physician for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Her expertise spans chronic disease management, preventive care, and patient education, with a passion for diabetes, exercise, and heart health. Recognized with the Gold Humanism Honor Society award, she values listening to patients as the foundation for improving quality of life. Outside of work, Dr. Baggett enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and playing the guitar.
