Dr. Crane NiBlack, M.D., M.S. is a highly experienced medical professional with a diverse background in various medical fields. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine and holds a Master of Biomedical Science from Barry University. Dr. NiBlack has extensive experience serving as a Battalion Flight Surgeon in the United States Army Reserve, where he provided medical care to over 5,000 soldiers and supervised a team of Aeromedical Physician Assistants and combat medics. Dr. NiBlack has also served as the Medical Director and Supervising Physician at Harmony Cares, specializing in mobile healthcare for patients with complex health issues and geriatric home health care. Dr. NiBlack was the Medical Director at New Season Treatment Center, where he managed medication-assisted treatment for patients with Opioid Use Disorder. He has also held positions as Medical Director at Grace Hospice and Site Medical Director at Deerfield Correctional Center, among others. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, traveling and cooking.
