Dalailah De La Rosa, APRN, MSN, joined Conviva as a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner. Ms. De La Rosa also holds a certification in BCLS, Basic Cardiac Life Support. At Conviva, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a dedication to medical excellence. Ms. De La Rosa earned her Master of Science, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, With Honors, from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in August 2016 and graduated with a 3.98 GPA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse, from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi in Corpus Christi, Texas. Ms. De La Rosa has been a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since November 2016. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and going fishing.
