Dr. Daniel August Warner, MD, MS, is an Internal Medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience in caring for adults and older adults. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse after completing a Master of Science in Natural Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Warner served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles throughout his career, including Medical Director positions in utilization review, consultative medicine, managed care and HIV and hepatitis care programs. He also served as an associate medical director, physician advisor, board member to AAHIVM, and director of senior-focused care programs, helping improve quality of care for Medicare populations. In addition to his clinical work, he taught nursing students, served as a clinical preceptor and mentor for advanced practitioners. He has contributed to medical research, publications, and professional education programs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, listening to music, and enjoying his family as a single dad to triplets.
