Since you changed the phone answering policy, i have to stay too long on the phone because the employee of the answering service, mostly needs to communicate woth the clinic to answer my needs. This keeps me waifing for 10 min or more, while before Comviva's receptiinist would answer. Sometimes i have to be on the phone 20 min .Too long. I really feel this change. Very unhappy with phone sending me to surrogate answering.
