David Ijac, M.D.,?completed an internship and internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center of Chicago.?He was named co-chief resident and a recipient of the Abbie Norman Prince Award of Merit. During his residency, he was a member of the Medicine and Nursing Committee, the Resident Representative Committee, and the Resident Interviewing Committee. Dr. Ijac earned his medical degree from the Institute of Medicine & Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He attended the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, for his undergraduate degree. Dr. Ijac practiced internal medicine with South Palm Medical Associates, PA, in Boynton Beach, Florida, from 2000. He was the medical director of Boynton Health Center from 2002 to 2015 and of All the Best Home Health Services from 2009 to 2013. His clinical experience includes the Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center of Chicago Substance Abuse Care Unit & Family Health Center Private Care Office. Dr. Ijac enjoys caring for patients, spending time with family, traveling, and dining out.
