Dr. David Korn, a fellowship-trained, board-certified Internal medicine and Cardiology specialist, completed his internal medicine training and a cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai. Dr. Korn earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Recognized as a leading authority in heart disease as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. He has researched lipids, hypertension, diabetes, and preventative medicine. Before joining us in 2024, Dr. Korn worked with Elite Health for six years following the position of medical director of the ICU of Mount Sinai Medical Center and directing Aventura Heart Center for 18 years. Passionate about heart health and nutrition, he has significant experience in providing compassionate care to seniors, helping them make informed health decisions, and fostering a collaborative approach to improve their quality of life. Outside of work, Dr. Korn enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and listening to music.
