David Phillip Morris, MD, is an Internal Medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive primary care to adults and older adults. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Miami before completing his Internal Medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Morris has cared for thousands of patients across outpatient and inpatient settings, focusing on chronic disease management, preventive care, and functional support for seniors. He led practices as both owner and medical director, strengthened quality outcomes, and guided multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experience and disease control. His career also included academic service as a voluntary assistant professor of medicine at the University of Miami, where he taught medical students, and he served as a team physician for collegiate athletes. Guided by a philosophy centered on listening and identifying root causes rather than symptoms alone, he is passionate about exercise, nutrition, and heart health. Outside of work, he enjoys road biking, snow skiing, and spending time with his extended family in South Florida.
