Dr. Deborah Ann Friedlander, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine physician with ample experience specializing in the care of older adults. She earned her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed her residency at Beth Israel Hospital, followed by a fellowship and research fellowship in Geriatrics at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Friedlander has held numerous clinical and academic appointments, including roles at Florida Atlantic University and Columbia University. Her extensive experience includes serving as an attending physician in hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient settings, with a strong focus on geriatric care, chronic disease management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She has also contributed to geriatric research and published in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Friedlander is known for her compassionate, evidence-based approach to medicine and her dedication to improving the quality of life for older adults. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys the outdoors, reading books, and spending time with family.
