Most of the problems with this practice is the fact that you don't get the referrals done quickly enough. Sometimes people just don't know how much more time they have and don't realize that when you call and you're going to the doctor the following week, to the specialist's office, that they apparently need two weeks to get this done and sometimes that doesn't happen. Also, the new Athena system is worthless. Nothing moved over from the old system. Nobody had any idea how much or how little time they had before they needed a new referral. Also, stuff just doesn't show up there. Other than that, the people in the office are great. My doctor is great. The people who work in the referral department are great. It's the system. It's the bureaucrats in an office somewhere who have no idea what they're doing, making decisions about how things should work. It's not good. You need to improve it. People will be leaving. Thank you.

Everybody did everything excellently. I felt very welcome like never before. My only complaint is I need to know what my lab results are and I haven't heard back yet, but I'm sure they'll get back with me soon. Thank you.
