Mrs. Dovie Nile Tinana, MSN, APRN, FNP BC, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in adult and senior care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix with Post Master's degree from Herzing University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Far Eastern University, Philippines. With more than three decades of nursing experience, she focused on geriatrics and internal medicine providing acute and chronic care across skilled nursing facilities, short term rehabilitation, primary care clinics, and long term and memory care environments. Her work included managing post acute care, providing chronic, preventive and wound care services, leading family care conferences, and supporting palliative and hospice care. Earlier in her career, she worked at River Garden Hebrew Home, a senior care community and at Baptist Hospital's cardiac and intensive care units. She served in multiple clinical leadership roles and hospital committees focused on quality improvement, safety, and electronic health record optimization. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and travelling.
