Eric Ekpenyong, M.D., is board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. He holds certifications in ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS. At Conviva Floresville, he leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care professionals with a commitment to medical excellence. Dr. Ekpenyong completed the Promedica Flower Hospital Family Residency Program and served as Chief Resident. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, Roseau and received a Bachelor of Science (B.M.T.) from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. His research includes Anaphylaxis Reaction and Management in Emergency Department, and he has delivered numerous scientific and community presentations. Dr. Ekpenyong served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy from 2014 to 2022. Dr. Ekpenyong is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He enjoys reading medical journals and novels, playing piano, soccer, movies, and traveling.
