Eliezer Rafael Hernandez, MD, is a Family Medicine physician who earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Texas Tech Health Science Center Paul L. Foster School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Texas Tech Health Science Center, where he provided comprehensive primary care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Throughout his training, Dr. Hernandez cared for patients of all ages, managed acute and chronic conditions, coordinated preventive care, and worked closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. He also provided care through a nonprofit clinic serving underserved and uninsured patients, reflecting his longstanding commitment to helping others and serving his community. Dr. Hernandez is especially passionate about caregiving and believes in treating every patient with the same time, dedication, and commitment he would offer those closest to him. Outside of work, Dr. Hernandez enjoys spending time with his family.
